The Sunday Song: Variations on Longitude

A while back I posted the song “Longitude.” This here is that song as it was originally born: just a flatpicked guitar piece. This has a little bit of echo on it, but it’s still solo guitar.

By the way, remember “Ode to Code”? It is supposed to be in the next issue of Space Squid. 🙂

  1. I like this version better, but you know that I generally like guitar instrumentals better than songs. The feeling I get from this particular piece is one of remembrance. I can just close my eyes and imagine myself travelling through time looking back on happy times, perhaps while driving into the distance to discover new experiences. Would work well as the ending track of a movie.
