This piece is currently just a guitar instrumental, even though it's not very complex and could easily stand to have a melody and a lyric dropped on top of it. Hey, sometimes tunes sound good in their simplest form. There's a MIDI here for you to listen to if you want, but no MP3 as I have not yet recorded this piece.
The capoing on this is the "standard" partial capoing. Take your Kyser capo and turn it upside down. Instead of putting it on the regular way, put it on upside down, so that the rubber foot that normally goes on the back of the neck is now resting on the strings. You want to capo strings 2, 3, and 4 (A, D, and G strings) at the 2nd fret. Make sure your low E is still ringing open, and that your B string is also ringing clear. You may have to tune your open strings slightly, because Kyser capos tend to make capoed strings go sharp.
Play this liltingly, like the MIDI indicates.
